PAYMENT
Payment must be received within seven days of the close of auction. We reserve the option to revoke the auction and file a Non-Paying Bidder alert if the payment is not received within seven days.
OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT IS BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
Credit/Debit Card - We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo or JCB cards. Please e-mail your telephone number or ring 0161 476 3497 and we will take your payment over the telephone. Please have the item number to hand when you call.
Cheque - Please make cheques payable to e-jumble and send to e-jumble, The Rope Works, Stanbank Street, Stockport SK4 1PX. Please ensure that you write the ebay item number on the reverse.
Bank Transfer - Please e-mail us for bank details. Please use the item number in the reference box and make sure that you let us know if you intend to pay using this method.
Cash on Collection - You are welcome to pay by cash on collection. Please bring a copy of the ebay invoice with you and having the correct change would be appreciated. For collections, there is an administration charge for smaller items of £2.50 per item (£3.50 if you come without the ebay invoice) up to a maximum of £5 (£7, no invoice) and for larger items £5.00 per item (£10.00 maximum).

We cannot release items unless they are paid for in full including any applicable collection charges, delivery charges or storage fees.
SHIPPING
If our P&P charge initially seems high compared with the price of a stamp, then consider what goes into providing the high quality shipping service that we provide. We use professional packing materials, cardboard boxes of sufficient strength to protect your item in transit, packing filler as appropriate, and comply with all postal packing guidelines to minimise any chance of damage during shipping. Our charges are based on the weight and type of item and include the cost of using postal service or courier, cost of packaging materials and cost of staff taking time to carefully pack your item.
Delivery times
We aim to dispatch your items within 3 working days of cleared payment.
Postal service
All prices quoted for postage are for either Royal Mail 1st class, Standard Parcels or postal courier (e.g. DHL, Parcelforce) which are covered for loss up to £32. If an item sells for more than £32, we suggest you take the option to have either Special Delivery or increased postal insurance.
Discounted shipping costs
We are able to offer postage discounts to customers who buy multiple items, please let us know if you would like to combine shipping immediately after winning the first item. Payment for multiple buys must be within 7 days of close of first auction.
International shipping
We will ship items weighing up to 2kg internationally by Royal Mail Airmail. If item is over 2kg and you wish for it to be shipped, please request a shipping quote before bidding as anything over 2kg can work out very expensive to ship.
Lost packages
We are not liable for any loss once your item has been passed onto the postal company. If, for ANY reason items are undelivered and NOT returned to us after 15 working days, then it is classed as lost. As we get proof of postage for all mail sent, we will pass on a copy of this so that you can make a claim on Royal Mail Insurance up to the value of £32.
Damaged packages
All our items are packed with the greatest of care. We are not liable for items that are damaged in transit. If damaged in transit, you can make a claim from the company used to send your item.
Delivery of large items
There will only be one man with your delivery so please ensure that there is somebody at the destination who is able to assist with lifting. If our delivery driver turns up and there is nobody to assist with lifting heavy items, then you will be charged for this delivery plus the delivery fee for a return delivery.
COLLECTIONS
You are welcome to collect your item(s) from our warehouse in Stockport. We ask for you to give us at least 24 hours notice of your intention to collect so that we can have the item ready for you. There is an administration fee for small items of £2.50 per item (£3.50 per item if do not have ebay invoice with you) up to a total of £5 (£7 if you do not have your ebay invoice) or £5 per item (£7 if you do not have your ebay invoice) up to a maximum of £10 (£14 if you do not have ebay invoice). We charge this fee as it takes up staff time ensuring items are ready for collection and bringing them to you in either our reception area or loading bay.
Collections are to be made between 0900-1800 Monday to Friday or by appointment between 1030-1430 Saturday.
We bring the item to you at either our reception or loading bay. If you require somebody to help to carry the item to your transport, there is a £5 charge for this service.

Winning bidders must collect their item(s) within 7 days of the end of the auction. We can arrange to hold the item for longer than 7 days but storage fees of £5 per item per week for small items and £25 per item per week for larger items will apply thereafter. If you have not been in touch to arrange collection within 7 days you will be issued with a non-payment strike and blocked from bidding on our auctions again.
RETURNS
If you have any issues regarding an item purchased from us then please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your item. All items are sold as is. We make every effort to provide accurate information about every item we list; however, we are only able to accept returns of items that are not as described in the auction. All electrical items, unless stated otherwise, as untested by us so are sold as seen. We do not take responsibility for items that do not work.
FEEDBACK
Please leave feedback on receipt of goods as we are an ebay trading assistant selling on items for third parties and it helps us to process our customer's payment quicker if feedback is left asap. We always leave feedback on receipt of your feedback.
