Terms and Conditions

Please only bid if you are able to collect from our client's premises in Salford on Tuesday 13th February between 1200-1400 hours.

Example:
Please note the above is added on if we are selling from a home or business premises.

Payment

Payment must be received within seven days of the close of auction. We reserve the option to revoke the auction and file a Non-Paying Bidder alert if the payment is not received within seven days.

  1. PayPal
    Pay instantly with PayPal.
  2. Cheque
    Please make cheques payable to e-jumble and send to e-jumble, The Rope Works, Stanbank Street, Stockport SK4 1PX. Please ensure that you write the eBay item number on the reverse.
  3. Bank Transfer
    Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank, Account No: 04341015 Sort Code 72-00-00. Please use the item number in the reference box and make sure that you let us know if you intend to pay using this method.
  4. Cash on Collection
    You are welcome to pay by cash on collection. Please bring a copy of the eBay invoice with you and having the correct change would be appreciated.

Payment must be received within 7 days from completion of the auction. This period can be extended for a reasonable amount of time, but we must be contacted within 7 days to make suitable arrangements for delayed payment. If no payment or contact has been received after 7 days, the order will be revoked and a non-paying bidder will be filed.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch your items within 3 days of cleared payment.

Packing

All our items are packed with the greatest of care.

Postal service

All prices quoted for postage are for either Royal Mail 1st class or Standard Parcels which is covered for loss/damage up to £32. If an item sells for more than £32, we suggest you take the option to have either Special Delivery or increased postal insurance.

Discounted shipping costs

We are able to offer postage discounts to customers who buy multiple items, please let us know if you would like to combine shipping immediately after winning the first item.

International shipping

We will ship items weighing up to 2kg internationally by Royal Mail Airmail. If item is over 2kg and you wish for it to be shipped, please request a shipping quote before bidding as anything over 2kg can work out very expensive to ship.

Lost packages

If, for ANY reason items are undelivered and NOT returned to us after 15 working days, then it is classed as lost. As we get proof of postage for all mail sent, we can make a claim for you on Royal Mail Insurance up to the value of £32. If your claim is successful we will forward your refund on.

Delivery of large items

There will only be one man with your delivery so please ensure that there is somebody at the destination who is able to assist with lifting.

Collections

You are welcome to collect your item(s) from our warehouse in Stockport. We ask for you to give us at least 24 hours notice of your intention to collect so that we can have the item ready for you. For larger items you must bring the necessary manpower to carry the item to your transport. If you require somebody to help to carry the item to your transport, you must inform us beforehand and there will be a £5 charge for this service.

Winning bidders must collect their item(s) within 7 days of the end of the auction. We will extend this time period if you communicate with us before close of auction and let us know a firm date of collection otherwise storage fees of £5 per week will apply thereafter.

Returns

If you have any issues regarding an item purchased from us then please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your item. All items are sold as is. We make every effort to provide accurate information about every item we list; however, we are only able to accept returns of items that are not as described in the auction. All electrical items are, unless stated otherwise, untested so we do not accept returns.

Feedback

Please leave feedback on receipt of goods as we are an eBay trading assistant selling on items for third parties and it helps us to process our customer's payment quicker if feedback is left asap. We always leave feedback on receipt of your feedback.

e-jumble uses its best efforts to inspect the item(s) for sale and create descriptions and furnish photographs that fairly and adequately depict the type, condition and image of the goods at the time of sale. e-jumble makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the condition or suitability of the goods and to the extent allowed by law, specifically disclaims any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of saleability or fitness for purpose.

We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. We might from time add to the description or add further information by answering a question and attaching the information on the bottom of the listing; if the new information precedes a bid it is part of the listing. Please feel free to ask any questions during the auction you might have and we will attempt to answer them in time; however, once the auction is over we will not answer questions under any circumstances. Please remember that your winning bid constitutes a binding and enforceable contract, please do not bid if you are uncertain in any way.
