How We Work

e-jumble.co.uk lists and markets products on eBay in the most persuasive and effective way to ensure sellers achieve the best price and buyers receive fast, efficient service that can be trusted. We are eBay trading assistants and high category powersellers.

In its first twelve months of trading, we have sold everything from wedding dresses and designer furniture to canoes and even platinum discs belonging to 10cc’s guitarist and vocalist, Graham Gouldman.

Minimising any hassle for the client, e-jumble will collect products over a minimum value, or alternatively, goods can be dropped off at the warehouse in Stockport. The central depot ensures an efficient service for both buyers and sellers.

Products for sale are photographed, valued, pitched at realistic yet competitive prices and professionally marketed online, with the client paying only eBay fees and e-jumble’s commission if the product sells. To guarantee a timely, reliable – and crucially – risk-free payment, buyers are asked to pay by cleared funds.

Goods are securely packaged, so buyers can be confident they will arrive in pristine condition and exactly as they have been described. Delivery is fast and efficient, so purchasers receive their products expediently. In circumstances where items are sold on site, such as fitted kitchens, mezzanine floors and industrial machinery, we organise everything from accompanied viewing arrangements, to liasing with the buyers for safe and secure removals from site. As we are also judged by the buyer as well as the seller by way of feedback we ensure that all transactions are followed through right to completion.

A recent client, Julia Harris, Hale-based managing director of North West Childcare, recently enlisted the help of e-jumble to market and sell her old kitchen. She said: “We’re renovating our kitchen and were going to throw our old units and appliances in the skip. Then we heard about e-jumble and realised that we could actually recoup some investment – something we’d never considered before. It’s a really great way of justifying those unexpected extras that always seem to creep up when you’re renovating!”

She continued: “I couldn’t believe how quickly the kitchen sold and was delighted at the lack of hassle involved. e-jumble took care of the entire process, keeping us informed throughout. They were really flexible, which was a great bonus, as our new kitchen arrived earlier than expected, but the team took all this in its stride and fitted in around our plans.”

The e-jumble service is designed to minimise hassle for busy clients and is arguably one of the most straightforward and cost-effective ways to sell unwanted items. e-jumble’s commission and eBay fees are only payable if the product sells. For added ease, e-jumble will collect products over a minimum value, or alternatively, goods can be dropped off at its expansive warehouse. The team always goes the extra mile to ensure seamless logistics, even going so far as providing lifting mechanisms for heavy goods and padding lifts in apartment blocks to ensure large products remain in pristine condition for resale.

Sellers benefit from their products also being showcased at e-jumble’s impressive 22,500 sq ft showroom. This offers another outlet for buyers, who can browse products they are bidding on and make offers for products on-site as an alternative to bidding on eBay.

“Our client base of householders is spreading rapidly across the North West. Once people realise that they can convert their unwanted items into cash so easily they come back to us again and again. The success of the e-jumble concept lies in making the process of selling unwanted items painless, straightforward - and unexpectedly profitable.’’
